How to make an e sign?

1.After receiving the electronic signature email, click the blue box “START SIGNING” in the middle of the email

2.After clicking the link, you will enter the signature page. First, a pop-up window will appear asking you to select a signature font. If you choose the system default font, just click “Accept”

3.Enter the formal signing process. The yellow rectangular box in the left file is the location where the signature is required. Click the “Start” button in the upper right corner of the screen.

4.Click the yellow rectangle on each signature position to complete the signature.

5.After all signatures are completed, a window will pop up and 100% will be displayed at the top of the page. Click “Complete Signing”

6.Then the system will pop up a window asking whether to set a password. This password can be used to query the signed document in the future, but you do not need to set a password.

7.The signature is now complete. When all signatories of the document have completed the signature, you will receive the final signed document email.
